Ember – a wine restaurant in the “Dine & Wine” format: the dishes are picked up with suitable wines. Here there is a cozy atmosphere: the service is courteous, but alive and light, the serving is devoid of a large number of appliances and utensils, and the waiters bring dishes with a cheerful smile, but without white gloves. The restaurant is open to everyone, but the real pleasure, according to the creators, will be given to travelers and gourmets who will come for good wine and delicious food.

One of the features of the establishment is an open kitchen. Guests can watch the work of the chef and team of chefs right from the hall. The restaurant specializes in Mediterranean classics, which means that all dishes from the menu will be well known to guests from anywhere in the world. Here you can taste tartar, carpaccio, risotto, pasta, pizza, grilled dishes and original desserts.

Having not yet crossed the threshold of the restaurant on the 7th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, the guest will see an impressive wine cabinet. There are more than 900 bottles of wine.
Conditionally Ember can be divided into restaurant and bar zones. A guest can come to a classic restaurant with white napkins and dedicate himself entirely to wine and food or sit at a bar and drink an aperitif. The restaurant accommodates more than 140 guests.
Panoramic windows give the restaurant a lot of light and sun. Live plants and pleasant music create a relaxing atmosphere, which guests appreciate during the day during lunch and business negotiations.

In English, ember means smoldering coal. It’s natural that the idea of fire is embodied in the interior. Hall “warm” and decorate the decorative fireplaces – during dinner guests can watch the game of flame and admire the flame of candles.
The restaurant is ideal for family dinners, meetings, holidays and special occasions. Every Friday and Saturday you can listen to live performances of jazz and lounge musicians.

Lunches in Ember allow guests to make a gastronomic trip through the restaurant’s menu at an attractive price. Risotto with mushrooms, aranchini, Ukrainian borsch, Neapolitan pizza – every week in the restaurant they offer something new. When choosing dishes, the chef Herald Reichstein primarily focuses on the seasonality of the products and the speed of cooking. The guest can choose any soup, salad or hot or order a set of dishes entirely. As a compliment at lunchtime, the restaurant offers a non-alcoholic aperitif. You can dine at Ember on any weekday from 12.00 to 16.00.

The chef of the restaurant Herald Reichstein was born in Germany. He can talk a long time about the gastronomic traditions of the countries where he had a chance to work before coming to Belarus. Among them, Saudi Arabia, Britain, Russia and the island of Mauritius. Herald willingly communicates with guests and often goes into the hall to take an interest in impressions from his dishes. However, you can meet it not only in Minsk hotel DoubleTree by Hilton, but also on the Komarovsky market, where he himself chooses fresh vegetables, mushrooms and fruits.
