1Pork, veal, soaked mushrooms and root boil together. Liver cut into slices and fry with bacon and onions. Boiled meat, liver, mushrooms, cooked roots and moistened in water and pressed white bread are twice passed through the meat grinder.
2Add the beaten egg, all ground spices and rub with a wooden spoon to obtain a loose mass.
3Grease the baking dish with fat, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the prepared meat mass into it. Bake in not very hot oven.
