1Pear large size cut into halves, small can not be cut.
2From sugar and water, prepare the syrup. Remove the foam, cook it until thick and light brown, and after pouring it, pour the pears.
3After 5 hours, drain the syrup, bring to a boil and hot again pour pears. This procedure is repeated 4 times, until the pears are impregnated with syrup.
4The last time the syrup is boiled together with pears.
5Then put the pears on a sieve, drain the syrup and press it on the table.
6After that, dry the pears in a non-hot oven. Dried pears roll in sugar powder and put in glass jars.
