1From sugar and water boil syrup , slightly cool and still hot pour the cooked selected branches.
2After a few hours, remove the branches with berries from the syrup, sprinkle them thickly with sugar powder, spread them on the pan lined with a parchment and dry in a warm oven.
3After drying the branches put in parchment-lined cardboard boxes.
400 gr. branches of red currant
300 gr. sugar
150 gr. water
