Ember – a wine restaurant in the “Dine & Wine” format: the dishes are picked up with suitable wines. The chef of the restaurant Herald Reichstein was born in Germany. He can talk a long time about the gastronomic traditions of the countries where he had a chance to work before coming to Belarus. Among them, Saudi Arabia, Britain, Russia and the island of Mauritius. Herald willingly communicates with guests and often goes into the hall to take an interest in impressions from his dishes.
