The restaurant “Lamus” is the only brewery restaurant in Vitebsk, which opened in August 2009. The dishes of Belarusian cuisine, including children’s, are widely represented here.
Own brewery began its work in mid-2013. In “Lamus” beer is brewed according to the classical technology on the equipment of the manufacturer with the worldwide name ZIP Technologies. The restaurant-brewery adheres to the law of Wilhelm IV “On the purity of beer”, which says that in the production of beer you can use only natural raw materials: malt, hops and water.
The ethnic atmosphere is designed to emphasize the pleasure of the traditional Belarusian cuisine. In the menu there are more than a hundred dishes with thematic names: the board “Pansky Lamus”, the snack “Hatnya”, “Babushkin gostinets” with mushrooms, meat “Avtotya’s aunt’s treat” and many others. All dishes are made from quality products, coming directly from the manufacturers and are prepared directly upon receipt of the order.
The restaurant has a separate children’s menu. In it you can find a salad “Edible mushroom”, a hot dish “Magic sticks”, burgers, pancakes with various sauces, desserts and cocktails.
The restaurant has two rooms: a banquet for 30 seats and a total of 50. The halls are decorated in accordance with the traditions of the Belarusian national culture. The interior uses details of the life of Belarusians of the last century. The furniture is made of wood, in one of the halls an oven with a couch is built, on which you can climb. Customers are served by waiters in national costumes.
Colorful national interior does not enter into disharmony with modern achievements: the restaurant maintains a comfortable temperature due to properly located air conditioners, who can enjoy watching TV on any of the three large screens.
