The greenhouse was built in 2010 and has become a unique structure that connects the pavilion hall, in which more than 250 species of plants of the tropics, subtropics and deserts are represented, and a lecture hall where conferences are held and reports are read. The greenhouse is open both for individual visits and for organized groups.
The main pride of the greenhouse is the rubber-ficus and rare araucaria variegated, as well as unique ferns and palms. The interior space is divided into exposition: a zone of tropics, a zone of subtropics, a zone of deserts (sandy, stony, rocky).
The exposition presents plants of various life forms: trees, bushes, lianas, epiphytes, grasses. Unique exhibits: the beautiful araucaria beauty and ficus rubber (their age is more than 20 years old) grew in the old little greenhouse.
