(September 8, 1954, Minsk) is a Belarusian politician, public figure, leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus since 1995.
Participated in the presidential elections of 2001, 2006 and 2015.
Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs and National Security. Elected in 2016 as a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the sixth convocation from the Minsk region.
Elected deputy of the House of Representatives (2004 – 2008). From 2006 to 2007 – Special Representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus on cooperation with European parliamentary structures. Father of two sons. One of the sons, Oleg Sergeevich – one of the leaders of the LDPB party.
