Vyacheslav Franzevich Kebich was born on June 10, 1936, in the village. Konyushevshchina, now Volozhin district, Minsk region) is a Belarusian politician, chairman of the Council of Ministers of Belarus from 1990 to 1994. Candidate of Economic Sciences.
The main opponent of Lukashenka in the 1994 presidential elections. The pre-election headquarters of Kebich was headed by Mikhail Myasnikovich.
